Administration Assistant

We are looking on behalf of one of our clients, a well established insurance company in Gibraltar, for an Administration Assistant who will provide support to the Customer Service & Underwriting team.

Duties:

  • Ensure telephone calls are answered, outline purpose of call and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
  • Secretarial duties, including producing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Organise/book/schedule any event and travel/transport requirements.
