We are looking on behalf of one of our clients, a leading Private Bank, for an Assistant Relationship Manager. This is a front office, client-facing role.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Processing of payments, securities orders, loans and deposits
- Support the account opening process
- Support ongoing account maintenance requirements, in line with regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Processing changes of circumstances with regards to clients
- Support periodic reviews of client files and credit card setup
- General front office administrative support and query management
- Preparation of packs/presentations for clients as well as internal management forums and committees
- Handling and analysing sales, KPI or transactional data
Required:
- Relevant industry experience, preferably within a private banking or asset management environment, but other financial services experience will be considered (e.g. Insurance, Accounting, Family Office)
- Understanding of financial instruments (e.g. equities, fixed income, funds, etc.) and of investment management
- Ability to deliver a first-class service to private banking clients
- Appreciation of risks associated with client on-boarding, account maintenance, payment processing and order execution
