Our client is seeking a Junior Client Onboarding Administrator to join their growing organisation.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provision of administrative support and assistance to the Front Office Acquisition Teams
- Accurate input, maintenance, and validation of client and account data across internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with software testing activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting results and reporting issues for system enhancements and process improvements
- Support the implementation of new onboarding technologies and digital initiatives
Requirements:
- Comfortable working with digital onboarding platforms and workflow management tools
- Understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and client due diligence processes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working with CRM and document management systems in a regulated financial services environment would be advantageous
