We are looking on behalf of one of our clients, for a Head of Pricing.
This is a strategic leadership role and you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the pricing strategies, analytics, and modelling for your area to ensure competitive and profitable insurance product are offered.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Experience in a key pricing role working towards or at a similar level
- Experience or working with key regulatory bodies and their frameworks
- Excellent ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders
- Good influencer and communicator in both written and verbal form
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Experience with using EarnixExperience with data analysis
- Strategic and nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
- Ability to lead and develop a team..
- Understanding of working in an agile environment and the squads and tribe model.
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Experience working in the travel insurance industry
- Experience of working with FCA
- Experience of working on emerging businesses
You will be based in the UK working closely with the pricing team in Gibraltar or you could also be based in Gibraltar.
