Our client is looking for a Manager Short Terms Letting who can lead and further develop there growing short-term and holiday rentals division.
Duties:
- Work alongside the existing management team to deliver the company’s strategic objectives and growth plans.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the portfolio, ensuring consistently high standards across all properties.
- Identify opportunities to increase occupancy, revenue and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to support the continued growth of the department.
- Analyse performance, budgets and market trends to support commercial decision-making.
- Support, mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- Excellent communication, organisational and people-management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work independently and lead within a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience within the hotel, hospitality, property management or short-term rental industry would be a significant advantage.
- IT literacy and strong administrative skills.
- Flexibility to work a rota that may include evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by the needs of the business.
