We are looking on behalf of our client for an Assistant Relationship Manager to join their Private Banking Division.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Processing of payments, investment orders, loans and deposits
- Support investment related initiatives and queries
- Support the account opening process
- Support ongoing account maintenance requirements, in line with regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Processing changes of circumstances with regards to clients
- Support periodic reviews of client files
- Support the requirements of transaction monitoring
- Support credit card setup
- Client reporting (production of statements, valuations, advices, bespoke reports)
- Administration of Corporate Actions
- Support bank projects and testing of new systems/processes
- General front office administrative support and query management
- Support bank events
- Preparation of packs/presentations for clients as well as internal management forums and committees
- Handling and analysing sales, KPI or transactional data
Required:
- Relevant industry experience, preferably within a private banking or asset management environment, but other financial services experience will be considered (e.g. Insurance, Accounting, Family Office)
- Understanding of financial instruments (e.g. equities, fixed income, funds, etc) and of investment management
- Friendly, approachable, can-do attitude
- Appreciation of risks associated with client on-boarding, account maintenance, payment processing and order execution
- Strong communication skills; fluency in English is a must, additional languages are advantageous
- Ability to deliver a first-class service to private banking clients
