We are looking on behalf of our client, for a Senior Risk Manager.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Support the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in delivering the risk management framework across Gibraltar and London.
- Monitor and enhance risk management processes, including horizon scanning and emerging risk assessments.
- Maintain and develop key risk policies, reports, and regulatory submissions, including Operational Risk, Third Party Risk Management, Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, and security risk reporting.
- Promote effective risk management practices across the business, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated appropriately.
- Oversee the Bank’s Business Continuity Management and Third Party Risk Management frameworks.
- Review and approve outsourcing risk assessments and exit strategies.
- Manage the Bank’s incident reporting process and maintain the Risk Inventory.
- Support enterprise-wide risk assessments, including cyber, fraud, and operational risks.
- Oversee the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) framework, ensuring risks and controls are appropriately identified and documented.
- Manage the Bank’s insurance programme and support the monitoring of KPIs, KRIs, and management information reporting.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging risks.
- Lead or support risk related projects and initiatives across the organisation.
- Promote awareness of Consumer Duty principle.
