Head Of Compliance

We are looking on behalf of our client for a Head Of Compliance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and implementing a compliance program
• Monitoring and assessing compliance
• As the approved individual and primary point of contact with the GFSC, ensuring that all regulatory interactions are managed
• Policy and procedure development
• Designing and delivering training programs on regulatory compliance to all staff
• Preparing and submitting regular compliance reports to senior management

Required:

• AML/Compliance experience within the Financial Services industry and complementary sectors such as crypto, e-commerce, etc.
• A bachelor’s degree in legal, compliance accounting, business (or any related field that’s relevant in the industry).
• At least ten years of experience in payments or in AML, compliance auditing, compliance analysis, or as a compliance officer
• Previous experience of building and mentoring other compliance teams and professionals.
• A background in auditing, compliance, or any other regulatory field.
