We are looking on behalf of our client for a Senior Pension Administrator.
Duties:
- Process new member records, maintain accurate pension databases and issue Welcome Packs.
- Prepare pension documentation, payment requisitions, and investment applications.
- Act as a primary contact for member queries and liaise with trustees, advisers, and investment houses.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, including GFSC reporting and HMRC QROPS submissions.
- Maintain SOPs, operational manuals and support audits, trustee reporting, and Treasury returns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in pensions administration with strong knowledge of Gibraltar pension regulations and trustee law.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and methodical.
- Strong numeracy, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage complex issues under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
