Senior Client Operations Administrator

Our client is looking for a Senior Client Operations Administrator to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place and reconcile trades/orders
  • Support client meetings and documentation
  • Maintain CRM and client records
  • Prepare compliance and account opening documents
  • Liaise with banks and clients
  • Produce valuations and reports
  • Assist with daily task distribution and team coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in private banking or similar
  • Knowledge of investments products, life insurance wrappers
  • Familiar with Client KYC/CDD/AML
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
  • CRM proficiency and strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, multicultural environments
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (French a plus)
