Our client is looking for a Senior Client Operations Administrator to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Place and reconcile trades/orders
- Support client meetings and documentation
- Maintain CRM and client records
- Prepare compliance and account opening documents
- Liaise with banks and clients
- Produce valuations and reports
- Assist with daily task distribution and team coordination
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in private banking or similar
- Knowledge of investments products, life insurance wrappers
- Familiar with Client KYC/CDD/AML
- Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
- CRM proficiency and strong customer service skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, multicultural environments
- Fluent in English and Spanish (French a plus)
