Project Pension Accounts Officer

We are looking on behalf of our client, a financial services company in Gibraltar, for a Project Pension Accounts Officer.

Main duties:

  • Reconciliation of pension schemes
  • Processing pension scheme payments
  • Preparing template data for statutory financial statements
  • Documenting procedures and maintaining accurate records

Required:

  • Strong numerical skills and reconciliation experience
  • Team-oriented with good interpersonal and presentation abilities
  • Well-organised and capable of managing multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Excel (including reconciliations and basic formulas)
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
  • Pensions accounting qualifications are an advantage
  • Able to support audit and regulatory reporting requirements
