Operations Administrator

We are looking on behalf of our client for an Operations Administrator.

Duties:

  • Place and reconcile trades/orders
  • Assist in liquidity management
  • Support client meetings and documentation
  • Maintain CRM and client records
  • Liaise with banks and clients
  • Produce valuations and reports
  • Assist with daily task distribution and team coordination

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking or similar
  • Familiar with Client KYC/CDD/AML
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
  • CRM proficiency and strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, multicultural environments
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (French a plus)
