We are looking on behalf of our client for a Marketing or Senior Marketing Executive. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels relevant to the real estate sector.
Duties:
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to set project goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop and implement marketing plans.
- Manage the online presence of the project, including the website, social media platforms, and online listings.
- Supervise content creation for social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage potential buyers.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to generate leads and increase visibility.
- Coordinate with PR agencies, influencers, and media outlets for coverage and promotion.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.
- Create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and press releases.
- Collaborate with creative teams (designers, photographers, videographers) to create high-quality visual content for marketing collateral.
- Draft and edit content for the website, email marketing campaigns, and social media channels.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of events.
- Organize and promote events.
- Conduct research on customer preferences, market demand, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
- Gather customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and enhance the project’s positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing).
- Proven experience in organizing and executing marketing campaigns, events, or property launches.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual coordination for real estate listings and promotional materials.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or attend client events when required.
