We are seeking on behalf of our client a Game Designer / Mathematician with boundless energy and exceptional skills in ideating engaging innovative slot gameplay and creating dynamic slot game math models.
Duties:
- Conceptualize and design innovative slot gameplay features, mechanics, pay tables, and fun dynamic player experiences
- Ideate and deliver engaging game themes that integrate rich graphical and animated content that drives engagement and impact
- Collaborate with exceptional artists, animators, and engineers to deliver cohesive, high-performance game experiences across delivery platforms
- Create detailed game design specifications, flow documents, feature and bonus descriptions
- Design and validate mathematical models that deliver balanced gameplay, optimizing RTP, volatility, feature probability distributions, and bonus mechanics
- Build game simulations, perform statistical analysis, review competitor products, and innovate to optimize performance and drive engagement
- Prepare math model documentation for design, engineering, compliance, and QA
- Participate in iterative playtesting, data-driven fine-tuning, and ongoing gameplay optimization
- Collaborate across multi-functional teams within agile development workflows
Requirements:
- Experience in slots gameplay and theming ideation, and/or mathematical model design
- Familiarity with commercial content development
- Strong communicator who thrives in cross-disciplinary, fast-paced environments
- Exceptional situational awareness, conflict resolution and strong leadership skills
