We are looking on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Executive.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor and ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to manage overdue accounts and address bad debts when necessary.
- Liaise with banks throughout the disbursement process in cases involving customer loans.
- Engage proactively with customers during contract signing and payment collection to clarify contract terms and payment schedules.
- Provide project-related information to customers upon request.
- Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in customer service, call centre or similar role.
- Strong understanding of real estate processes, documentation, host country legal/regulations, particularly those related to planning and implementing customer service programs to enhance customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experienced in handling multiple client interactions.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
