We are currently seeking a Corporate Lawyer to join a long-standing financial services provider on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and support to the group, working with an international portfolio of clients across a range of industries.
Required skills and experience:
- Qualified Lawyer with 10+ years PQE
- Previous corporate and commercial transactional experience is essential; legal experience in trust, taxation and funds is an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK and/or Gibraltar company and trust law including relevant administrative practices.
- A working knowledge of corporate governance, fiduciary duties and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced international client environment.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of Viewpoint is an advantage.
