Client Service Administrator

Our client, a provider of marine administration and yacht management services, is seeking a Client Service Administrator to assist in the administration of the company’s yachting portfolio of clients and support the Senior Officer, Manager, and Director in ensuring clients within the portfolio remain compliant with local and international legislation. The successful applicant will have Marine Service experience, a Business Development approach, and the ability to speak Spanish.

Key Competencies:

  • Company Law and Administration – understands the general principles of Company structures.
  • Corporate Secretarial – general understanding of corporate secretarial duties.
  • Awareness and understanding of agreed client fee arrangements.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
  • Preferably educated, as a minimum, to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent and hold or be studying for a professional qualification (ICSA, ACCA, etc.).
  • A good standard of IT Skills (Microsoft 365, ViewPoint).
