We are looking on behalf of our client, a well established financial services company, for a Business Analyst. There is a possibility to work hybrid/remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map, analyse, and document business processes.
- Identify and refine business requirements to ensure they are clear, actionable, and aligned with transformation goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones, often working remotely.
- Support and test systems, including user acceptance and functionality testing.
- Ability to support various change initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption strategies.
- Work closely with technical teams (system administration, solution design) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders with limited guidance, building trust and credibility.
- Present findings and recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders
- Produce clear, actionable reports and documentation for both business and technical audiences.
- Manage changes to requirements, ensuring all impacts are assessed and communicated.
- Lead or support data cleansing and quality improvement initiatives.
- Track and communicate testing results and project progress to stakeholders.
- Follow through on commitments and support the delivery of successful projects.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in financial services, ideally with medium sized companies or TCSPs.
- Strong process mapping and business analysis skills.
- Comfortable working in situations with uncertainty and adapting to changing processes and systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Advanced documentation and presentation skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
