We are looking for a Broker Support Administrator.
Duties:
- Provide excellent service to clients
- Respond to client enquiries by email/face to face/phone
- Taking client payments in the office or over the phone
- Preparing and issuing client invoices, statements, letters, and other relevant documentation
- Ensure all filing (digital and physical) is well organised and accessible
- Preparing renewals for brokers, providing claims and MTA support to brokers
- Calling all clients on monthly debtors report
Required:
- Experience of working in an insurance office environment
- Experienced with working with Outlook, Microsoft Office suite and insurance databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
