Broker Support Administrator

We are looking for a Broker Support Administrator.

Duties:

  • Provide excellent service to clients
  • Respond to client enquiries by email/face to face/phone
  • Taking client payments in the office or over the phone
  • Preparing and issuing client invoices, statements, letters, and other relevant documentation
  • Ensure all filing (digital and physical) is well organised and accessible
  • Preparing renewals for brokers, providing claims and MTA support to brokers
  • Calling all clients on monthly debtors report

Required:

  • Experience of working in an insurance office environment
  • Experienced with working with Outlook, Microsoft Office suite and insurance databases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent customer service skills
