We are looking on behalf of our client for a Project Manager/Scrum Master.
Duties:
- Serve as the servant-leader for our agile development and art teams, guiding them in the effective use of Scrum principles and practices
- Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate key Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint demonstrations, reviews, and retrospectives, championing agile principles
- Establish workflow and documentation methodologies and processes
- Identify and remove impediments, protecting the teams from external distractions to ensure focus on sprint goals and accelerated delivery
- Manage and maintain the backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined and prioritized
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency, fostering clear communications across all aspects of the delivery organization
- Drive adoption of best practices and methodologies for maximum efficiency and effectiveness
Required:
- Proven experience as a dynamic proactive Scrum Master or Project Manager or Agile Coach in a fast-paced commercial product development environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience with project management tools
- Proficiency with Confluence and JIRA is highly beneficial
- Exceptional situational awareness, conflict resolution and strong leadership skills
- Experience working in multi-disciplinary, dynamic team environment preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required (Spanish and/or German language skills would be beneficial)
