We are looking on behalf of our client, a financial services company in Gibraltar, for a Project Pension Accounts Officer.
Main duties:
- Reconciliation of pension schemes
- Processing pension scheme payments
- Preparing template data for statutory financial statements
- Documenting procedures and maintaining accurate records
Required:
- Strong numerical skills and reconciliation experience
- Team-oriented with good interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Well-organised and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Proficient in Excel (including reconciliations and basic formulas)
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines
- Pensions accounting qualifications are an advantage
- Able to support audit and regulatory reporting requirements
