We are looking on behalf of our client for a Yacht Manager Assistant who will support the Yacht Manager and wider operations team in the smooth running of day-to-day yacht management activities.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support including documentation management, data entry, filing, and reporting.
- Assist with vessel scheduling, maintenance planning, and coordination with suppliers and service providers.
- Handle basic IT-related tasks such as updating internal systems, tracking digital records, and supporting software used for yacht management.
- Communicate professionally with captains, crew, and clients to support day-to-day operational needs.
- Monitor compliance requirements, certifications, and deadlines to ensure vessels remain up to standard.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn marine operations, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
