We are looking, on behalf of our client, for a Company Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain statutory records and ensure all regulatory filings are completed accurately and on time.
- Support directors and shareholders with the preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Manage company incorporations, changes, and ongoing corporate administration.
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Required:
- Previous experience in corporate administration or company secretarial work; Gibraltar experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, or the ability to learn quickly in this area.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- High standards of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Confident with technology and document management systems such as Viewpoint (desirable but not essential).
