Pensions Administrator

We are looking on behalf of our client, a well established financial services provider in Gibraltar, for a Pensions Administrator.

Duties will include and are not limited to:

  • Indexing all work received by email to the Gibraltar Income mailbox
  • Adding accurate descriptions to indexed correspondence into Viewpoint
  • Dealing with income related tasks and queries that arise relating to the administration of pension schemes.
  • Updating Viewpoint and other relevant systems where required.
  • Setting up effective File Notes in Viewpoint.
  • Reviewing and completing new income cases which have been received.
  • Process member payment requests, which includes carrying out security calls with members to confirm bank account details.
  • Liaising with both Members and their appointed Financial Advisers.
  • Liaising with the admin department to inform them of any necessary changes to the clients contact details.
  • Process and submit withdrawals to the client’s investment house.
  • Submit documentation to Gibraltar Income Tax office.

 

Previous experience in Pension Administration is required.
