Pension Administrator

We are looking on behalf of our client, a well established company in Gibraltar, for a Pension Administrator. This role involves supporting the pension administration teams and taking responsibility for indexing and the completing of accurate descriptions of indexed work into Viewpoint, within the pensions department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Indexing all work received by email.
  • Adding accurate descriptions to indexed correspondence into Viewpoint.
  • Dealing with income related tasks and queries.
  • Updating Viewpoint and other relevant systems where required.
  • Setting up effective File Notes in Viewpoint to assist with the smooth administration to ensure work in progress is completed on time.
  • Reviewing and completing new income cases which have been received.
  • Process member payment requests, which includes carrying out security calls with members to confirm bank account details.
  • Liaising with both Members and their appointed Financial Advisers.
  • Submit documentation to Gibraltar Income Tax office.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in Pension Administration and working with MS Office.
