    Role and Responsibilities:

    Manage the IT help desk:

    • Monitoring of the customer channels and act on any enquiry
    • Ensuring that the helpdesk is always manned and that enquiries are dealt with promptly
    • Introduce a mobile response application to aid the efficiency of the enquiry process
    • Analyse the enquiry, understand the requirements, the skills and urgency
    • Schedule & manage the work supervising the Technical Engineers to provide a timely efficient response in order to maintain maximum customer satisfaction
    • Promote a professional image to clients by communicating job status, expectations and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Liaise with Technical Director and Business Development Manager and assist with project work when required
    • Provide Comprehensive Reporting and Information
    • Manage internal CRM system

    Key Skills:

    • Experience managing a team of IT technical engineers
    • Experience of coordinating project tasks
    • Ability to develop and maintain a professional, respectful working environment
    • Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)

    Beneficial Skills:

    • Experience of Customer Web Portal Applications
    • Operating at a level requiring regular liaison with senior management

    Technical Qualifications / Experience

    • Microsoft MCSA 2013 or above (Exchange server)
    • Cisco CCNA

     Demonstrable Experience

    • Citrix XenServer Administration/Management
    • Citrix XenApp Administration/Management
    • Ubuntu Linux Administration/Management
    • Redhat (CentOS, Scientific Linux) Administration/Management
    • 3CX Phone System Administration/Management
    • Enterprise Backup Solutions
    • Implementation of CRM tools

    Although not required preference will be given to candidates with the following additional qualifications:

    • Citrix CCA
    • Asterisk Phone Systems (FreePBX)
    • Storage Area Network Technologies
