    Job Information

    The role reports directly to the Director of Compliance but is also required to work independently and with minimal supervision.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Undertake and lead audit reviews of third party relationships
    • To manage the audit review framework and scheduling
    • To develop an understanding of the business, its products and the technical requirements that are used for risk mitigation purposes
    • Participate and take responsibility for the ongoing record keeping requirements of the company’s enterprise risk management framework
    • Data analysis to identify potential areas of strengths and vulnerabilities to develop best practices
    • The development and recommendation of risk mitigation plans to senior management
    • Drafting and recommendation of remedial action plans when required
    • Provision of periodic risk management information reports
    • To cultivate and enhance relationships with key stakeholder internally and externally
    • To work with existing external clients to ensure a positive client experience in light of increased regulatory requirements
    • Engages in continuous personal development to maintain knowledge levels in a progressive industry environment
    • Participation on interdepartmental projects including ICAAP, BRRD, Operational Risk and Business Continuity

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Regulatory Framework for Financial Services
    • Knowledge of experience of auditing preferably in the financial services sector
    • Strong Communication Skills – Written and Oral
    • Experience of Data Analysis
    • Administrative and Multi-tasking skills
    • Exceptional English Language Skills. Any other language would be a plus (French, Italian, German, Dutch, Eastern European)
    • MS Excel (strong skills in this area are an advantage, should at least be able to use Pivot Tables and analyse data in an efficient way)
