    Our client has offices in London, Netherlands and Gibraltar, serving innovative Clients across Europe are a leading provider of services and solutions. Setting the standard for excellence in the payments sector.

    They are looking for a Strategic Change Project Lead to join the European operations team to cover technical (IT), regulatory (compliance) and strategic change projects to assist in operational initiatives ranging from platform integration to regulatory change.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Managing internal and external stakeholders to deliver complex projects on time, within budget
    • Project management – full life cycle from inception through to closure
    • Project analysis and risk mitigation
    • Preparation of project reports / presentations for Management and working groups
    • Ability to work across borders, with different cultures and time zones
    • Project delivery at pace
    • Managing multiple projects simultaneously that vary in size
    • Plan, Manage and Deliver all aspects of the project daily, from scoping out projects to capturing the issue log, risk log, change requests etc.
    • Chair and run project working groups across the Bank

    Abilities and Skills Required:

    • A self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to break down complex ideas and technical language for a non-subject matter expert
    • Innovative, demonstrating a proactive approach to finding solutions
    • Technical background, familiarity of working with APIs and server maintenance
    • Develop rapport and build strong relationships with different functions of the Bank.
    • Be able to work closely and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
    • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills

    Candidate experience:

    • Project Management
    • Operations experience
    • Strategic / Regulatory / Technical (IT) project experience
    • Technical knowledge of APIs, hardware and administrative systems
    • Financial Services background
    • Software Experience MS 365 (Microsoft Office)
    • Jira (Work Management Tool)
    • Wrike (Project Management Tool)

    Candidate Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree advantageous
    • PRINCE2 or similar project management certificate
