    Our client is a leading law firm based in Gibraltar, they are looking for a top-level Personal Assistant with a minimum of 5 years’ admin experience to assist their principal barrister and to assist with other admin matters which may arise in the office.

    The successful applicant must have excellent organisational and multitasking abilities plus experience in client relationships.  Clear communication skills and a keen eye for accuracy and detail are essential.

    The varied areas of work require a large element of initiative, flexibility and the capacity for thinking outside the box.

    Fluent English is required and Spanish an advantage.

    Legal experience is not necessary, but strong administration experience is a must.

    Main duties:

    • Diary management, Agenda, greeting clients, arranging meetings, phone calls and emails to clients, arranging travelling and accommodation for principal barrister
    • Drafting invoices. Invoice chasing
    • Drafting letters, Agreements and templates
    • Preparing files and bundles, preparing documents for storage
    • Typing, audio typing and dictation
    • Personal matters for Principal Barrister: Insurances, suppliers, invoices etc when appropriate
    • Scanning, photocopying, filing, and printing
    • Preparing research documents
