    Office Manager (Financial Services)

    Our client is a pensions administration company, they are searching for an experienced Office Manager with proven experience within financial services in Gibraltar and/or pension administration (including QROPS).

    Duties:

    • To help manage the day to day operations of the Gibraltar office on the ground and in accordance with the board’s strategic direction including general administrative, reception and office duties;
    • Day-to-day filing
    • Sort and file monthly courier box
    • Maintenance of paper files and filing system
    • Opening new paper and electronic files
    • Input of new member details into the Database
    • Assistance with billing and fee collection
    • HMRC reporting
    • Input new member details into new business spreadsheet
    • Maintain pensions/tax spreadsheets
    • Bank/database reconciliations

    The ideal candidate will:

    • be proactive, with good organisational and people skills and be able to communicate effectively at all levels
    • have good IT skills with an understanding of Microsoft Office software packages
    • show proven experience working within Gibraltar financial services sector in a similar role
