    Job Information

    The main responsibilities in the companies Gibraltar pensions arm are as follows:

    • To manage the day to day operations of their Gibraltar office on the ground and in accordance with the board’s strategic direction
    • To handle on behalf of the company all official correspondence with the Gibraltar FSC, Gibraltar Income Tax Office and (to the extent agreed) HM Revenue & Customs
    • To fulfil 2 of the “4-eyes” regulatory requirement for the Company, including acting as local compliance officer
    • To administer their QROPS business, working with them to devise and implement an efficient day-to-day administration solution which successfully integrates their Gibraltar and Isle of Man administration operations
    • To be the chief local representative of the company in Gibraltar
    • To be a director of the company, reporting to the Board of the Holding Company (or such other reporting director/employee of the company
    • To be company secretary of the company
    • To manage development and (in due course) staffing needs, and to undertake such other tasks and duties as may be assigned to you or requested of you by any director or officer of the company
