    Job Information

    Our client is a well-established financial services company based in Gibraltar.  They provide a range of services from pensions, wealth management, corporate services and investments to a large international client base.   They are looking to recruit an Investment Administrator.

    Job spec/details as follows:

    • Investment portfolio Account Openings
      • To create accounts for new clients.
      • Opening files and collecting DD
    • Assisting Sales team with Pension transfers
      • Hand over Letters of authority to Pension providers
      • Call/ chase pension providers for transfer paperwork
    • Bank Account Reconciliations
      • To reconcile accounts monthly and inputting all entries into Viewpoint
    • Monthly valuations
      • Downloading and requesting all Monthly valuations for all intermediaries
      • Storing on the document manager
    • Reporting
    • Due Diligence review
      • Monthly chase client and CRMs for offices for each company or individual client with outstanding due diligence. This is also done for clients introduced via Sales team.
    • Daily filing, scanning, Indexing and sorting post
    • Petty Cash
      • Keep records of incoming/outgoing petty cash and reconcile accordingly
    • General Support
      • Support to the investment team as requested from time to time.
