    As Head of Gaming (Casino General Manager) you will have overall responsibility of the casino gaming, slot and sports betting operations which are spread across 2 casinos and 2 sports betting retail outlets.

    Responsible for the management, development and training of Casino/Duty Managers, Head of Technical Services, Training Manager, Gaming Supervisors, Pit Bosses and all other Gaming staff.

    A focus is on delivering excellent customer service and standards, operational procedures and adherence to legislation and company controls.

    In this role you will be responsible for driving the gaming business performance – mainly attendance, improving EBITDA and working within agreed budgets for the gaming operations.

    As part of the senior management team you will work alongside the Head of Retail Operations, and The Head of Customer Services. The working shift will be mainly evenings, during the key business operating times. (40 hours a week, over 5 days)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To manage operational staff and Casino Managers levels to deliver the most efficient operation at all times. To plan and agree operation manning levels each quarter and manage the salary costs as agreed with the FD.
    • To ensure AML & Social Responsibility procedures and checks are adhered to and due diligence is completed. Managing of SIR reporting and customer disputes.
    • Produce (with the Finance Department), complete analysis and distribute game reports and recommendations as required for Slots, Gaming and Sports Betting.
    • To work with the other Heads of Departments to develop and run promotional initiatives, develop the reward point scheme and
    • To develop positive relationship with key customers
    • Assisting with product development, new product launches, machine tests and trials directly with NOVOMATIC machine department.
    • To ensure clear and open communication upwards and within the gaming department and across other areas of the business.

    Minimum experience:

    • You must be dynamic, confident and a good people leader
    • A minimum of 2 years senior management experience at either General Manager or Deputy GM level within a European land based casino.
    • A proven track record in developing staff and business performance across multiple gaming products.
    • A proven track record of delivering AML and Social Responsibility within a casino operation
    • Perfect English written & spoken. Spanish spoken is preferred, but not essential.
