    Job Information

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Prepare financial management reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested
    • Monthly internal reporting and report production in accordance with timelines:
      • Update monthly SAGE queries for the group across all legal entities
      • Accurate allocations of all corporate & group costs across all operations markets within the group
      • Liaise closely with Accounting to ensure Cost of Sales & Marketing are accurately aligned to market with emphasis on Payment processing, Chargebacks, Affiliate Revenue Share etc. by Market
      • Day to day ownership & updating of Group Accounts Control Book to report Actuals & Budget Variance by market
      • Preparation & update of all Charts for Monthly Management Pack
      • Distribution of Monthly Market P&Ls to commercial team
    • Work closely with Budget Manager on Finance Database on Monthly KPI, Forecast & budget data to support Management Pack
    • Investigate & deep dive budget variance analysis as required / requested by commercial managers / FP&A Manager
    • Research and resolve Market enquiries on management accounts & allocations. Investigate and report to the Reporting Manager any inconsistencies or errors
    • Daily modelling as required to support monthly Outlook Reports
    • Continuous review of cost allocation models with manager
    • Analysis & review of IT spend across 5 main expenditure buckets to ensure correct split between Open & Capex in line with Budget & Policy
    • Liaise closely with Budget Manager to share data on Actuals, Budget & Forecast
    • Tracking & analysis of Creative & Prod & Dev costs to markets based on usage model
    • Assist manager with ad-hoc projects – production of annual reporting pack templates, automation of queries & file preparation, business case preparation, development of new business models etc.
    • Assist with the new business processes rolled out by the Finance department, working with Finance and Business Managers as required
    • Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls, and apply them

    Skills & qualifications required

    • Accounting or FP&A experience preferably within the Gaming industry
    • Strong MS Office skills, specifically Excel & PowerPoint
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
    • High standards of accuracy and precision
    • Good communication skills (verbal, written and listening).
    • Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA or equivalent
