    Job Information

    This position will assist the business to manage, develop and maintain its Third Party on-boarding and oversight requirements, working with colleagues from across the organisation, and in particular the Compliance functions. The successful candidate will contribute to the short and long term needs of the business when conducting the on-boarding and oversight of its Third party relationships.

    • To manage own client portfolio and provide support and guidance in order to meet the company’s third party Due Diligence objectives.
    • To cultivate and enhance relationships with 3rd party clients and vendors.
    • Ensure exception cases are managed effectively, and to work with stakeholders to correct any outstanding items in a timely manner.
    • To develop an understanding of the business and its associated products, to support enhancements and ongoing maintenance of the third party oversight framework.
    • To work with Relationship Managers and Clients to understand the urgency, priority and sensitivity of initial and ongoing Due Diligence requests and apply the appropriate Due Diligence procedures.
    • To engage with Clients in the production MI reporting and undertake its analysis.
    • To adhere to internal compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies, and to report identified control weaknesses and compliance breaches to the department team leader.
    • To work with existing external clients to ensure a positive client experience in light of increased regulatory requirements.
