    Our client is a multi-channel gaming business which develops, licenses and operates Real Money Gaming (RMG) games and systems in global regulated markets. They are an international B2B gaming platform and game provider and focus on delivering innovative and modern gaming products.

    They are looking for a focused Billing / Revenue Specialist who pays attention to detail and keeps meticulous records. The Billing Specialist is responsible for issuing invoices to clients and keeping track of amounts owed by several clients to ensure that their account is paid on time and in full.

    To be successful as a Billing / Revenue Specialist you must have experience in accounting and have excellent organisational skills.  A good Billing / Revenue Specialist uses organised systems to keep track of invoices and client accounts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review customer contracts for billing
    • Monthly billing calculations
    • Set up and Invoice in our ERP system (“Priority”)
    • Generate credit invoice account adjustments and refunds after ensuring proper approvals have been obtained
    • Ensure clients payments for their accounts
    • Inform clients of their outstanding debt
    • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to billing and contracts, working cross-functionally with sales, legal and other teams.
    • Participate in a monthly closing process for assigned areas of responsibility
    • Managing documents
    • Ad-hoc accounting related projects and process improvements

    Qualifications:

    • A degree in accounting or finance
    • Up to 3 years of experience with billing and accounts receivable (Hi-Tech sector)
    • Fluent English – written and verbal a must
    • Knowledge in ERP “Priority” – advantage
    • Knowledge in BI system – advantage
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Ability to solve problems quickly
    • Organised, proactive, planning and detail oriented, follow up on tasks and deadlines.
    • Good communication skills
