Wills and Probate Administrator

Our client, a Gibraltar law firm, is seeking a Wills and Probate Administrator. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented with strong organisational and computer skills and able to demonstrate a solid track record of administration. Our client would also consider a bright graduate as this role could be the first step in gaining legal executive qualifications.

Key Competencies:

  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.
  • Able to successfully form, build, develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with people from a wide range of personal and professional backgrounds.
  • Able to balance a very busy workload to ensure the timely completion of works.
  • Previous experience within wills & probate is desirable but not essential.
