Trust & Company Administrator

Our client, a Gibraltar-based Trust and Company management firm, is seeking a Trust & Company Administrator. Previous experience in a similar role and  knowledge of ViewPoint essential.

Please note, this is a reduced hours role (30 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of draft Annual Fees invoices.
  • Daily monitoring of bank accounts, post fees paid in VP, and advise clients of funds received.
  • Monitor outstanding fees and correspond with clients for payment of fees.
  • Bookkeeping, posting receipts and payments and arranging banking of cheques/cash received.
  • Posting and reconciling entries in VP and keep record of petty cash.
  • Prepare spreadsheet records for annual renewal fees.
