Our client, a Gibraltar-based Trust and Company management firm, is seeking a Trust & Company Administrator. Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of ViewPoint essential.
Please note, this is a reduced hours role (30 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of draft Annual Fees invoices.
- Daily monitoring of bank accounts, post fees paid in VP, and advise clients of funds received.
- Monitor outstanding fees and correspond with clients for payment of fees.
- Bookkeeping, posting receipts and payments and arranging banking of cheques/cash received.
- Posting and reconciling entries in VP and keep record of petty cash.
- Prepare spreadsheet records for annual renewal fees.
