Senior Company Administrator

Our client is a well-established financial services organisation based in Gibraltar, are looking to recruit a Senior Company Administrator initially for a one-year maternity cover.

Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in relation to the administration of companies, effectively servicing the diverse needs of private clients.  Knowledge or experience of fund administration duties desirable.

Company administration to include the preparation of Annual Returns, Minutes, bank instructions and data input.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Educated to GCSE level, with passes in English and Mathematics
  • Experience in company administration
  • Knowledge of VIEWPOINT
  • Familiar with office software packages
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to identify risks associated with client transactions
  • Ability to set own deadlines and work accurately to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to follow instructions and processes
  • Ability to use workflows and processes and provide feedback

Candidates holding or currently undertaking professional studies in a relevant subject, e.g. – IFA/ICSA/STEP would be at an advantage.
