Senior Client Relationship Manager – Farmer

Responsible for managing a portfolio of HNWI &/or Institutional clients. The CRM will collaborate fully with the bank’s investment team, as well as the wider group, to ensure clients receive a first-class service and take advantage of the bank’s wide-ranging wealth management offering.

The successful candidate will be experienced in relationship management, preferably in Private Banking/Wealth Management, and have a detailed understanding of client needs and an ability to match requirements with optimum solutions.

Key attributes will include strong relationship skills, with a passion to succeed, while maintaining a strong awareness of the risk environment. A high level of integrity, ability to communicate and work under pressure are additional core requirements of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing an existing book of private and corporate clients – targeted on asset retention, rather than growth
  • Interact and collaborate effectively with the wider specialist teams to deliver the bank’s services to clients
  • Have high-quality interaction with clients, applying the highest of standards in servicing clients
  • Embrace and contribute to the bank’s sales initiatives
  • Maintain a strong compliant culture adhering to all relevant bank directives and the regulatory framework
  • Work closely as a team to plan and develop strategic and business initiatives
  • Work closely with the Head of Private Banking &/or Team Leader to develop business and promote the bank as the leading Private Bank in Gibraltar
  • Be an ambassador for the brand in the local and key international markets
  • Investment/Private Banking-related qualifications and experience
