Our client, an international property development & investment group with headquarters in Gibraltar, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to provide oversight and analysis of development projects and to assist the Group in the preparation of budgets, costing, and oversight of the works.  Minimum 3 years’ quantity surveying experience and a professional level of both English and Spanish is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong price & costing experience. Forecast, analysis and tracking of the cost of the different materials of a project.
- Undertake feasibility studies.
- Track changes to the design and / or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
- Measure and value the work done on site and control payments.
- Identify potential financial or construction risks.
- Analyse completed projects to determine ROI and compare costs.
- Advise on procurement strategy.
- Assistance with the review of tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
