Pension Administrator (Temp)

We are looking on behalf of one of our clients, a well established financial services company for a Pension Administrator. This will be a contract for 11 months.

Duties will include and are not limited to:

• Dealing with administrative tasks relating to pension schemes.
• Updating Viewpoint and other relevant systems where required.
• Setting up file notes in Viewpoint and updating timesheets.
• Following checklists to ensure adherence to procedures and accurate administration of a range of tasks.
• Liaising with, and responding to queries from BDM’s and Investment Providers by means of email, letter and phone.
• Liaising with accounts, dealings and compliance departments.
• Accurately scanning and filing pensions’ paperwork.
• Administrative support for all QROPs/ Pension products.
• Daily income post/mail (scan, store and allocate).

We are looking for someone with previous experience in administration and good knowledge of MS Office.
