We are looking on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced legal Secretary.
The role will be to provide a high quality secretarial / administrative service. The successful candidate will ideally have experience as a legal secretary /personal assistant, preferably within a litigation context as you will be working for a King’s Counsel, specialised in litigation.
Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Organised with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines;
- Good Microsoft Office skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Personable, but highly professional with ability to cope with changing business demands;
- Professional telephone manner with ability to take messages effectively and efficiently;
- Flexibility to work outside normal office hours as and when required;
- Ability to follow instructions and exercise initiative;
- Be comfortable working in a team environment but also enjoy working autonomously.
