HR Generalist

Our client, a Gibraltar-based company, is seeking an HR Generalist to support the Head of HR and the HR Team Leader. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and/or CIPD Level 3 or above is essential, as is at least 2 years’ previous experience as an HR Administrator or Generalist. Knowledge of HRIS databases highly advantageous.

  • In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR functions, best practices, and policies.
  • Outstanding organisational and conflict management skills.
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
  • Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team within the organisation.
  • Ability to work under pressure without losing composure.
  • Fluency in English both spoken and written.
  • Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written is preferred.
