Our client is seeking an experienced HR Associate to join their Business Development team. The HR Associate will actively be involved in managing the recruitment and hiring process and will support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems in Gibraltar.
Key Competencies:
- Educated to degree level – BSc/BA in Business Administration, Social Studies, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer, Administrator, or other HR-related position.
- Knowledge of HR functions – pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development.
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HR tools (highly beneficial).
