Job: Swedish Speaking Customer Service Representative

The Role

First line customer contact point for customer account management query and resolution handling via telephone, email and instant chat.

Liaising with other internal departments to assist in the resolution of customer queries and issues.

Key elements of the role

Must be fluent in Swedish and English
Answer customer emails, telephone calls and live chat enquiries
Assist players with account difficulties and technical problems
Liaise with technical support on software related problems
